Special rates have been negotiated for the conference : Participants for the conference can book accommodation directly with City Bayview but need to specify "The Penang Story" rate when they make the bookings.

Arrival
Participants and speakers flying into Penang are expected to find their own way from the airport to the hotel.
Transfer coupons for taxis from the airport to the hotel costing RM 24.50 are sold at the taxi stand at the Penang International Airport.

The full package includes 2 dinners (opening dinner at The City Bayview Hotel and closing dinner at the Khoo Kongsi), 3 hotel buffet lunches, 6 refreshment breaks, 4 heritage tours and a full set of abstracts for the papers presented on all 3 days.
